Elaine Mbugua's Bio

Elaine joined Kaplan & Stratton in 2013 and qualified as an advocate in 2014. She specializes in intellectual property law including trade marks, patents, designs, copyright and domain names as well as licensing agreements. She is also engaged in conducting legal due diligences and advising on general commercial law.
