Audrey is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial Department. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters ranging from business establishments in Kenya; advising and preparing documentation for mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions transactions; conducting legal diligence and forensics; drafting and reviewing an extensive range of commercial agreements, advising on employment related matters and advising on data protection compliance.

She advises local and international corporate clients, foreign investors looking to establish a business presence in Kenya and companies seeking employment and data protection compliance advice.
