REVIEW OF THE EMPLOYMENT AMENDMENT BILL 2019
There have been three substantive employment amendment bills that have been proposed over the past two years as well as two other bills which propose other amendments to the Employment Act. In this article we review what the proposed changes are and the likely impact on employers.
